Care and support fees
When looking at home care options, price is often a major consideration. We are upfront and transparent about our home care costs. Once our Care Manager has visited you in your home, to meet face-to-face and check we’ve got everything covered, we’ll confirm the cost of your care package.
There are variation rates on our packages based on the level of care and support you need and also the days and time in which care is delivered, this includes out of hours, evenings, overnight and public holidays, to include Easter and Christmas.
Visiting care is charged at an hourly rate, with live-in care quoted on either a daily rate for short term respite or weekly rate for ongoing care. We can discuss the level of care that is right for you and whether the cost of home care is financially sustainable for you and your family.
Although the majority of our families are paying for their care privately there may be the opportunity for you to access home care funding from either your Local Authority or Clinical Commissioning Group. In these cases, we work with the funding body to get the support you need in place and give you a better quality of life at home.
We charge a one-off set up fee, to cover the initial costs and time involved in getting a care package set up, we encourage you speak to one of our friendly care co-ordinators for a full picture of our services, the costs and funding options.

Direct payments are accepted, if you’re receiving funding through social services and have opted
for direct payments, we’re able to accept top-ups to these payments.

*Bank Holidays including Easter and Christmas rates are charged at time and half
*Our minimum visit time is 1 hour, to ensure high quality personal care
*A live-in carer will work on average of eight to ten hours a day, with a two hour break off the premises

Assessments taking place Mon-Fri (9am to 5pm) £50.00
Assessments taking place, evenings, weekends and bank holidays £75.00
Assessments over 10 miles from office £95.00 includes travel
